US Support

I need support from an actually US based employee. The overseas support team constantly refuses to accept anything I am saying and refuses to hear that I have proof of a a retried charge posting to my account, then tries to upsell me into service I dont want...WHAT IS THAT??

On august 13 of this year I had a payment returned via ACH due to issues with that account. No big deal right? Okay so the payment iS RETURNED. I then pay my balance down. On august 18th comcast retries the ACH payment and it goes through. This payment is NOT reflected in my account, if it is I need proof and ill drop it. Not "we can't see the payment your bank is wrong". They refused to allow me to even send in a statement to prove the money was taken.

This is ridiculous. If I could get another provider in my area that wasn't slow I would be gone from this.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
