Urgent Request for Resolution: Unfulfilled $100 Credit Promised for Service Call

Hi Comcast Support,

I hope you're well. I'm reaching out urgently regarding an ongoing issue. I had a service call on in December of 2022 , and I was promised there would be no charge. However, I was billed $100 for it. This is especially irritating as I am still not getting the internet speeds that I have been paying for. 

I've spoken to four different customer service reps who assured me that a $100 credit would be applied to my account. Unfortunately, despite their assurances, the credit hasn't appeared.

I called earlier, and the agent mentioned that I can no longer be credited for the service call because too much time has passed. This is frustrating because the delay isn't my fault – the credit was never issued as promised.

I appreciate your team's efforts, but it's crucial for me to get this resolved soon. Can you please look into this and ensure the promised $100 credit is applied to my account? If you need more details, feel free to reach out to me. Thanks for your help.
