Here are also the steps to set up a payment arrangement:

  1. Click Chat for options to open Xfinity Assistant
  2. Select Set up a payment arrangement
  3. Review the enrollment options provided
  4. Choose a payment arrangement date
    • You may have the option to add a payment method later, if eligible
  5. Submit to receive confirmation and a reminder to add a payment method by the due date
