Upset
I’m very upset with the customer service I’ve received the last 5 days. Our internet didn’t work for several days and yesterday when we had a tech scheduled to help fix it from 3-5 they were an hour and a half late!! Which caused us to miss a dinner reservation we had scheduled and incur cancellation penalties and all I was offered on the phone was a $35 credit. Which is absolutely ridiculous considering our cancellation fees from dinner cost more than that. I’ve been a customer with you all for several years and which upset checked AT&T’s Internet pricing for 1 G Internet and it’s only $90. Can you all match their pricing or give more of a credit for the inconvenience and cancellation charges I’ve dealt with due to your late tech? Thank you for your help!

I'm afraid we don't offer credits for dinner reservations, although I'm happy to hear the agent you spoke with decided to provide some as a courtesy. We also do not price match our competitors, but I'm more than willing to perform an account review to see if your area offers a comparable new promotion. 2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
