Good evening user_dz06nh. I can certainly understand the importance of getting the internet back up and running, I work from home as well. It has become a necessity for sure. I am happy to assist you. When you have tried processing your payment where are you attempting it? Are you using the Xfinity app, the Xfinity website, or the IVR phone system?
