Upgrading to 2 Gig tier—Broadband Facts says 250 Mbps upload, but checkout cart defaults to 35 Mbps (Active Mid-Split Node)

Hello, I am looking to upgrade my plan to the 2 Gig tier, but I am running into a billing system profile mismatch that I need help resolving before completing the order.
My local neighborhood node has already been successfully upgraded to the Next-Gen Mid-Split infrastructure—in fact, my current gateway is actively pulling 168 Mbps upload on my existing legacy plan. Furthermore, when I look at the FCC Broadband Facts label for the 2 Gig tier on my account, it explicitly states the plan includes a 250 Mbps upload speed.
However, when I proceed to the final checkout cart, the system glitches and drops the specification down to "up to 35 Mbps upload." A phone agent verbally assured me I would get the 250 Mbps upload, but they were unable to fix the text discrepancy in the contract summary.
I have stopped the order for now. Could a Digital Care specialist please look at my account provisioning, manually apply the correct Enhanced Speed Tier rate code to the 2 Gig plan for my address, and send over a correct Order Confirmation summary reflecting the next-gen upload speeds?
Thank you!
