Upgrading Internet Plan
Hi,
I want to upgrade my internet plan now, but it's before my next payment cycle. If I were to upgrade now, on this upcoming billing cycle would I be getting charged the bill for my previous plan AND the new upgraded one? Or just the new, more expensive plan? Thank you!

Greetings, @miarez! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about upgrading your service. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Once your bill goes out, the amount due will not change until the next bill goes out a month later, regardless of when you make changes to your service. If you upgrade your service right after a bill is issued, those changes would apply right away, but the billing charges will not appear until a month later, so your first new bill after an upgrade can sometimes be higher than your expected new rate. That being said, we can go through all those details with you and ensure you have an accurate understanding of what your next few bills would look like, depending on what you wanted to do.
