Upgrades and Promos
I have been paying $70/month for the Gigabit plan, which I feel is a fair price. But the limited upload speed it becoming a bottleneck so I'm interested in upgrading to Gigabit Extra - don't care about the additional down speeds but almost doubling the up speeds is very useful.
Did an online chat and the agent was totally confused about what I wanted. Also they thought my current bill was $127, when I just received a bill today for $70. We went around and around in circles and could never arrive at anything resembling a useful conclusion, so I gave up and came here instead.
Is there an agent who I can message to look into this for me? I am willing to pay a reasonable increase to get to the next speed tier. Also I suspect I may be on a 12 or 24 month promo which is probably expiring mid year so I'd like to check on options for that as well. Thank you!
