Upgraded plan on 4/28/2023 but no effect on account... Reps keep telling me that it's under investigation

Hello Xfinity, I upgraded my plan on 4/28/2023 to increase my internet speeds & cancel my xfi-complete.

The past 2 months, XFI is still on my billing & no changes to my plan. Chat reps & in-store reps told me that they will remove XFI-Complete from my billing and credit my account.

Well XFI-complete is still on my account and no credit to be seen. My bill increased 20 dollars this month for no apparent reason as well. I hope someone can assist me with this issue...
