Upgrade fees

My Comcast monthly bill is ridiculous but it includes payment for hardware I purchased from Comcast which in most cases is always used when it gets to me. So, when the garbage I’ve paid for needs upgraded why should I have to pay again?

thus is a rhetorical question because there is no justification for charging me again when my monthly bill of close to $400 covers all services and hardware. No customer should have to pay to replace the garbage purchase from Comcast when it no longer works.
