user_vy5q31 Was the email from a Xfinity email address?

1. How to Spot a Scam Email:
    • Check the Email Address:
Legitimate Xfinity emails will come from a verified Xfinity domain (e.g., @xfinity.com, @comcast.com).

  • Look for the Xfinity Verified Email Logo:
If you're using the Xfinity webmail interface (connect.xfinity.com), look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo next to the email. This logo is only present in webmail and indicates that the email is genuine.

Is this a valid domain?

user_vy5q31 Hmm, .net is not a corporate email extension, .com is what would indicate it is coming from our corporate email distribution. Happy to investigate this further for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.

I get confirmations from Comcast all the time from "alerts.comcast.net" and they are legitimate! I also recently received such a conformation but with no noticeable changes in my service. Mine came after raising an issue with customer service.
