updated payment method
Last month I received an email from Xfinity stating if I changed my billing from credit card to bank debit I would save $10 per month on my bill. My new bill is the same amount as before the change. When will I see the credit?

I'm glad to hear you got the notice on saving an additional $10 a month with your paperless billing and automatic payments turned on through a bank account. Those savings add up for sure and if you've already gotten that setup on your account, you can expect to see hart discount appear within 1-2 billing cycles 👍
