Updated payment info not being used on my account

I updated my payment info changing from a credit card to checking account some time ago.  I just verified it does show this update on the website and that my old payment (credit card) is no longer there.

My autopayment is still going to my credit card.

Please fix.

Hi there, @XUMLUQWDKDZWBCD Thank you for reaching out. Your Xfinity autopay is likely still using the old credit card because the bank account was added as a new option, but the default for autopay was not switched; you need to go back into your Xfinity account's billing/payment settings, ensure the bank account is set as the primary/default for autopay, and sometimes you must delete the old credit card and confirm the changes.-Richard
