Update: Still not given my money back. Why is it taking a month and a half to get a refund!?

To those of you that have experienced the same issue, what was your course of action? I have called multiple times a week since April 2nd after being billed for a full month after I had cancelled services and moved. I was told a refund was going to be issued AND NEVER WAS! I finally got someone that issued an ECM # (after my 6th call) and was told in 7-10 days that I would be contacted about my refund. Well that was April 28th and its now May 11th and still nothing. Who can I talk to that is Stateside and/or local about issuing my [Edited: "Language"] refund??? I cancelled properly and due to auto pay I was over charged. Xfinity employees failed to do their jobs! I will not return equipment until I get my money back especially when they can't explain WHY I show different equipment that I never had on my account. I only ever had internet services and 1 router. That is ALL I will return. Its to the point where I feel like I have to threaten legal action just to get back what is rightfully mine. I was overbilled, REFUND MY MONEY!

Does ANYONE have a contact that can actually get this taken care of???

As a rule of thumb, refunds can take up to 30 days after the final bill is printed, and the final can take up to 4-6 weeks.

I am still owed $150 and I got an email saying I was getting a card. I requested my money be returned to me by the original form of payment. This refund has been waiting since the end of March. This is absolutely ridiculous having to wait this long for a refund, especially in the wrong form of payment.

this company is the [Edited: "Language"] worst. I cancelled my service and they kept charging me the full amount a month after my cancellation. This is just straight up fraud.

@user_c751af, We do bill 30 days in advance, so if you were billed after you canceled your service, anything you were overcharged should be refunded as long as you didn't owe a past-due balance. If you would like us to take a closer look, please send us a DM with your name and address, by doing the following:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
