You can manage all of your payment settings online or through the Xfinity app by logging in with your primary Xfinity ID user profile. There is a full walkthrough for both options on our support site here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments.
Online, you just need to go to Bill Settings>Payment Methods> then "Add a New Account" or "Edit" your current account details.
With the Xfinity app, you would select Account>Bill Details>Bill Settings>Payment Methods. From here, you can select "Add a Payment Method" and enter your new bank account number, then go back and "Remove" the old account once the new one is in place.
