Update Payment Method for Two Accounts/Addresses

I have an account for two different homes and I' m trying to change the credit card number that I have on file. I believe I changed the credit card number for one address, but can't get the second 

address to show. Ideally, I would like to speak to someone in billing, but can't seem to get that option! Please Help.
