Upcharged after ending service?

I ended service in April. In May I was charged for April service plus another $107. My usual bill is about $70, so this isn't even an accidental month charged. It took a second phone call to get the charge deleted. There is no detail on my invoice. Why was this amount charged?

user_wlr8le Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your billing after you disconnected your account. Even though you're disconnected from your services, you do still have access to your full, detailed PDF bill when using the Xfinity app. I would recommend pulling up the details in the PDF to review. With that said, it can take a few days to process a disconnect, and if your bill cycle or payment date is due during that time, it can make your bill a bit odd. Once the account is fully disconnected, however, it will backdate and credit any charges after your disconnect date. From there, if there was a credit balance due, it would go back to your payment method on file. 

Did you by chance already review your most recent PDF bill to see the details?
