Unwanted service added to bill

The "xFi Complete" service was added to my bill several months ago without my approval. How do I get this removed and get a refund for the months when I was charged?

Hey @user_dae194 I know its concerning to show services added without your consent. I would be just as concerned if I show a service I did not want. With recently changes in our system we are unable to complete changes without our customers consent to a change. No worries thought we can investigate together and get it updated. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

 To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary

 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it

I never agreed to receive this service. It was added after I had the account for a year, so it's possible an upsell was buried in the fine print when I initially signed up? Even if xfinity's lawyers have found a way to make this technically legal (I dispute that I consented to this service), it is still a sleazy, abusive business practice and I would like the extra charges removed and the amount refunded. I have also sent a direct message as you requested.
