“Unreturned TV Box”
Since June 2022 I have been charged monthly for an “unreturned tv box”. I only have one TV box. I attempted to resolve this via xfinity chat but was only credited $10 to this month’s bill, which doesn’t solve the issue in the future, nor assist with my year’s worth of $10 payments.
