Unreturned TV Box Billing

We had Xfinity at another residence 2 years ago, we have since then cancelled the service at that address. We are getting charged for an unreturned tv box, we believe to have returned the box when we cancelled it, but we certainly do not have it now. How do we go about paying it off or get it removed so that we no longer get charged for it? This has been since April of 2023. Thanks.

user_mx4q4j My team can look into your unreturned equipment charges today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
