Unreturned Internet
Hello. I tried to reach a live agent through chat for a week but the chat just stopped responding after choosing the relevant prompt. Apparently I'm being charged the following since last month: "Unreturned Internet/ $15.00 Voice Equipment Is Inactive. To Avoid Future Charges, Please Return The Equipment To Your Nearest Service Center." To my knowledge I have no devices that I have not returned, my service is active since the beginning of subscription. I would like to dispute and want the amount charged returned to me. Also please advise if I do in fact have an unreturned device what it is and how should I proceed. Thanks

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
