Unreturned equipment

I returned equipment a little over a year ago and still getting charged for it. I called 2 or 3 times already and was told it would be taken care of, and so far has not been.  Idk what else to do now but cancel and find another internet service.  What else can be done about this?

Hello, joshluke21. I can look into the unreturned equipment fee for you here. I wouldn't want to be billed for a device I returned either.

Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
