Unreturned equipment

I was charged for unreturned equipment but when i go to the return center there is no equipment to return. How can i return my equipment to not be charged?

Hello and thanks for taking the time to reach out today. Here is a great Xfinity link, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment that will walk you through the different ways to return your equipment. I personally like the UPS store since it is generally fast, and I get a receipt that says the equipment serial numbers that were return for my proof. Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else we may assist you with this evening.

This did not answer my question as when i log in and go to the return center I’m unable to select any equipment to return

If you have equipment, I would return it to avoid any charges. We can get your account pulled up and see what equipment is listed on your account. Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message
