unreturned equipment fees
I am being billed $27 monthly for unreturned equipment.
I lost the return receipt with UPS so I have no proof it was returned.
I would like to pay the full amount of each item (as I think that would be cheaper) instead of being charged $324 a year in fees
I've spoken to Xfinity on multiple occasions and no one seems to be able to help me

I see that you stated you returned the equipment but lost the receipt. I understand these things definitely happen but, our team can help with getting the equipment removed from your account.
