unreturned equipment fees

I am being billed $27 monthly for unreturned equipment.

I lost the return receipt with UPS so I have no proof it was returned.

I would like to pay the full amount of each item (as I think that would be cheaper) instead of being charged $324 a year in fees

I've spoken to Xfinity on multiple occasions and no one seems to be able to help me

I see that you stated you returned the equipment but lost the receipt. I understand these things definitely happen but, our team can help with getting the equipment removed from your account. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
