unreturned equipment fee

hello, I just noticed that I keep getting charged for a set top box from 2015. Will I receive a refund for all of those charges, once the device is returned?

Hello, @user_6f7t75. Thanks for reaching our team on Forums regarding your billing concerns. When equipment is returned, the fees associated with the unreturned equipment do get waived once the equipment is received.

@XfinityGabby what do you mean by waived? I’m being charged monthly since 2015 for an unreturned set top box. It’s a recurring charge

user_6f7t75 Did you return the box at the service center or UPS store? Do you still have the TV Box? Or has it been lost or stolen?

The box hasn’t been returned yet. It was lost in my garage from when I moved. Just found it though and plan on returning it today/tommorrow. Did that mean my monthly charges are going to be reversed for the past 8-11 years, because the box was inactive?

user_6f7t75, Our policy states that we can credit you up to 120 days on the equipment once it has been returned.
