Unreturned equipment charge

I have an extra charge of $2.10 on my next bill for “unreturned internet”. I returned my equipment on time and confirmed with the store associate we would have no charges moving forward.

It doesn’t say what that charge specifically is & I can’t get to an agent via chat or phone because of a “fake outage” in my area. Why is it so difficult to speak to a human?
