What is this "Unreturned Device" fee thats now on my bill?

Hello migs619. The "Unreturned Device" fee is typically a charge added to your account for equipment in your possession and is not currently being used actively in your services. This fee is usually removed when the equipment is returned back to Comcast. If you'd like assistance reviewing the charge and would like more detailed information, I can help.
