Unresolved Xfinity Mobile Billing Dispute – Request for Escalation
I need assistance with an unresolved Xfinity Mobile billing issue and am requesting a higher-level review.
When I was initially moved to Xfinity Mobile, my monthly payment was only around $2–$3, which was essentially just the taxes. Over time, my bills increased, and eventually an Xfinity representative placed me on my current By the Gig shared plan.
I expected my monthly Mobile cost to be around $40, but I am now facing a bill of approximately $165 because of additional charges.
I previously contacted Xfinity regarding an unexpected bill, and an adjustment was made. However, the issue has continued, and I am requesting that my situation be reviewed for a fair and reasonable adjustment.
I am not looking for another explanation of the charges. I am requesting a higher-level review and adjustment based on the circumstances.

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
