Unresolved billing issue – requesting escalation
My home internet promotion ended, and my bill increased to about $140 per month. I am also being charged about $40 per month for a separate service that I have never used, which I understand was associated with a prior iPad/mobile promotion. Regular Xfinity support has not resolved these issues.
I am requesting help from Xfinity Support and escalation to corporate billing if needed to cancel the unused service, review past charges for refunds or credits, and review available internet retention offers or promotional pricing. Please let me know how to provide account details privately to an official Xfinity representative. Thank you.
