UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Good morning.  Yesterday,  April 30,2025 I called Xfinity to resolve an issue regarding my bill that dates back to a year ago.  The representative I spoke with did not assist me, his name was Jack and he was completely rude.  He told me "No" multiple times when I requested to speak with a supervisor.  This individual was clearly a part of a vendor who takes calls for Xfinity.  His unprofessional handling of the call is why I'm filing a BBB complaint.  I'm disappointed and as a customer I highly recommend Xfinity get better representation of their company in order soon. This was one of my worst experiences in customer service I've had.

A poor experience is not what we want for with our customers. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
