unnecessarily difficult to cancel services

i am switching services because xfinity is constantly going down, slow, and has terrible customer service: shown entirely in the fact that as easy as it was to sign up—im not here complaining in a forum because the chat services on the app will only direct me to a phone call.

which has long wait times, when i do not have the time to be waiting on the phone. i try to set up a time to call and that service is also unavailable.

it can not be legal or ethical to essentially trap customers into a deal and make it a hassle for them to get out of it. 

i would never recommend xfinity to anyone. worst internet provider ive ever had to deal with.
