Unhappy with my refund request
I have not received my refund that I have been owed for 2 months now! 9 times ppl have told me I would receive it! Not happy with Xfinity. Never going back to them after this

To send a direct message:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
