Unhappy with Internet Bill and Would like to Email with Representative

Hello,

Last year I agreed to a slower internet speed for $60 a month. In the middle of the year, it was raised to $70 without any explanation. When I contacted customer support through the chat, they promised to lower it back to $60, but were also very obviously AI. After my bill did not change, I gave up due to personal events pushing this situation to the back burner. Now I am ready to nip this in the bud. I am a long time customer of Xfinity, and I have been giving this company grace for the last half decade. However, I will switch providers if this is not figured out. Please email me, as I wish to have everything in writing, and please make sure who is writing to me is a human. I do have screenshots of the AI representative if I need to make my case any further.

Thanks.

Hello, @user_8hc02b

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
