Unfairly Charged Late Fees.

1. My Feb 2026 bill showed I had a $400 plus credit.

2. My Mar 2026 bill all of a sudden shows I owe nearly $900. That is an increase of $1,300 in just one month.  This bill also posted a $13.00 late fee to my account.  How can that even be possible when I did not owe a thing until this bill arrived?

3. So next month, Apr 2026, I get hit for another $13.00 late fee after paying all past and current due amounts. I now all paid up full as of today's bill.

I have tried your chat, messaging and phone support... which is not helpful at all. Your BOTS do not offer a way to handle questions outside of the normal and just run us around in circles. When we finally get to a human agent... they do not have the answers.

I spent hours and hours on your support channels since Dec. 2025 and it took months just to finally get a replacement box to replace a broken one... AND now I gotta put up with this billing nonsense.

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
