Unexpected internet billing increase

I just received my bill for internet. After paying $35/mo in the past, suddenly it is $64 (less $10 for some online paying discount). This is unexpected and unacceptable. I can get an Xfinity introductory rate for $19.99/mo for the same service or if I go to Ziply fiber for $17.50/mo. I'm willing to continue at $35/mo, but will change providers at the new rate. Can you please help?

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
