Unexpected billing increase
I moved addresses and was looking to change plans because my one year contract was up. Called xfinity rep who went over different plans with me, and she said that keeping my current plan was the best deal ($30/month). I ended up signing a new contract for what I thought was $30/month and even paid the first month at this rate. Now this month I'm being billed for twice this amount without any notice that the fee was going up. Can I dispute this??
