Unexpected $19.65 “Balance Transferred From” Charge After Move (No Overlap, Balance Paid in Full)

Hi, I’m following up regarding the $19.65 charge labeled “Balance Transferred From: [Edited: "Personal Information"]” on my May statement.

I recently moved, and I understand that final charges from a previous address can sometimes be included in the first bill at a new address. However, in my case:

• My previous service period was 3/28–4/27, and I paid the full balance.
• My new service period is 4/28–5/27.
• There was no overlap in service dates between the two addresses.

Given this, I don’t see how any prorated or remaining balance should apply. Could you please explain specifically what this charge represents and how it was calculated?
