user_tufwdd Thanks for taking a moment to create a post. Have you reviewed a recent billing statement, which can be found as a PDF on the Xfinity app or website, to see a breakdown of the bill? The promotional rate would not include things like equipment charges or additional services, just as a thought for the additional cost you are mentioning.
