unauthorized xfinity payment
i have a withdrawal on my checking account that says comcast-xfinity retry pymt for $100.90 but it doesn't show up on my xfinity account and when I called them they couldn't find it. what should i do

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
