Unauthorized TV charge on Internet Bill

I am very upset, I have been charged $10 per month for TV that I did not sign up for. I signed up in person, and the employee told me that I was getting a promotion for $40/month. I have been having to pay $50/month. I have tried reaching out previously to no avail. The direct messaging is really hard to navigate. The TV bill is going up, so my bill is higher this month. It’s unacceptable for me to have to pay for something that I did not agree to. Please have this fixed.
