Unauthorized payments

today I arrived at work at 4am. As i am working and doing my daily duties on my job around 6:51 am I recieved a charge to my account for 100$. Now I wouldnt have had a problem with this seeing that I am a 5+ year customer of xfinity/comcast and I enjoy the service. But I checked my account and my bill still had not been paid. Not only that but my service is only for Internet essentials to provide my children with internet service  for thier tablets and laptops for school work and gaming etc. I also work from home as a senior web developer for Atlanta Federal reserve bank. Upon checking my account I remembered and confirmed after checking that my acount is not enrolled in autopay so this transaction had been authorized without my permission. On top of that my bill is only $9.95 PER MONTH with a balance of $19.09. So I called customer service only to be told that the transaction had not been processed and they did not recieve it.  So i called my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was complete and to Comcast Cable Communications. and approximately 1 hour later I get a text message from the xfinity/comcast number saying thank you for your payment. One in which I did not authorize. I do not have any other accounts nor will I be. But to take almost a years worth of payments from my account and my bill still not be paid is unbelievable.  The representatives that I talk to didnt speak clear english so maybe communication was off. But I asked if there was a way to check if my card had been used to pay on any other account. they kept telling me that they can not see this information. So Now I am $100 short of my rent money which is going to be another 100$ late fee on top of that. Ive talked to reps on the phone for more then 3 hours while on the clock at work and still got no where. My bank says they will need an email for proof from comcast saying that they did not authorize this transaction But the representatives/agents I spoke with said that they could not send email to my banking provider to help me prove that this was an unauthorized payment. And at this time I am just ready to cut the service and get my attorney involved because for 4 years Ive never had this problem and now I have unauthorized payments to xfinity/comcast and my bill still isnt even paid. Nor will I be getting a credit or a refund which is really disturbing seeing that they have taken my money without permission.

They just took $680.24 from my account today and told me It was a mistake. The bad thing is they over drafted my account and I'm being charged for it . They said it will take 7 to 10 business day for my refund , so when my check from my job is deposited in the account I will be short that negative balance.

I have had 5 separate withdrawals from my checking account.  My bank says I need a email or something in writing that these are not my charges so they can refund my money.  The reps I have spoke to at Comcast is saying they can't send anything.  I have a charge on 11/18 for 85.00, 11/26 for 85.11, 11/26 for 100, 11/27 for 100 and 11/28 for 124.11 for a grand total so far of $494.22, that I can not get any help on.  I am so frustrated and angry.  This horrible customer service.  I have been a customer for a very long time and I can't get even an email.
