Unauthorized payent
I am beyond upset with Xfinity. All this year it has been a horrible joke with them. First, my cell phone service. My phone breaks I go into our local store, knowing I pay for insurance, which now they tell me has "dropped off the account" do I am going to have to pay for phone service that I can not use until I get my "FREE PHONE" paid off.?!?! They said my phone was free but each month they bill me for it then give me a credit for it. That makes no sense to me at all. I explained how i must have a phone i have kids that rely on reaching me by phone. I'm a single grandma trying to raise 3 kids on my own. Then another representative approached me telling me she can fix this situation. Great, I'm thinking she has an answer, I explained I am on a very limited income can not afford any thing to fancy but was willing to do whatever I can to purchase a phone. I was never asked nor ever told she was putting another line of service on my account which would make my bill go over $150.00 per month... I can't afford 2 line's and 1 phone. I work 2 jobs to make ends met. When I realized after 1st billing my cell phone bill had trippled I immediately called xfinity and was told I would be charged 1500.00 to shut this service off... so I have to leave it.
Now 3 months later. A bad storm had came through our town and pulled my power from my house. Which cost me $1500 to have put back on. We had no power for 3 weeks. I lost my groceries and everything when coming. When Comcast call me to let me know that I had cable with no power. We talked about my. And I advise them I could not pay the whole thing at 1 time because of this hard hit and I did not authorize them to take anything out of my accounot yesterday morning I woke app $700 gone out of my account my hopaycheck without authorization. What do I do that wasn't meant to feed my kids on for 2 weeks. I have no money, no nothing. I call Comcast and they say too bad. How can they take it right out of my account without my permission? I have 3 kids depending on me. Sorry kids, you can't eat food but you can sure watch cable. I would have never never authorized him to take anything out of my account they just do what they want who do I call. What do I do I try calling Comcast, who at the time understood, was so understanding and comcast understands well today bake too bad they got my money too bad they don't care about anything else, I don't know what I'm going to do... I'm at my wits end.! I know this I'm shutting this cable and cell phone off as soon as possible. I've been a customer with them for years.... this is unreal. When the kids get hungry I'll have them turn on the TV. I just don't see how a company can take money out of my account without my permission.

I would be happy to get you in the right direction for getting some assistance with this payment. Do you by chance know if this payment was for your cable services, mobile, or a combination of both?
