Unauthorized movie rentals

I keep getting charges for rental movies on xfinity but the only box I have is in my house and we do not even use it. I keep getting rental charges and this is the second one I got in less than 5 months. It’s only me and my grandma, no kids in the house so the charges are definitely not for us because most of them are kids movies being rented. I want to stop worrying about fraud charges 24/7 it’s annoying and unwarranted.
