Unauthorized movie rental

I received a text saying I rented the movie The Apprentice so I asked everyone in the household and they said they didn't rent this movie but I went to call customer service and they were not helpful they tried selling plans and tried to cancel plans instead of helping with the problem that I had with no one renting this movie.
