Unauthorized debit 2nd time

I made a payment arrangement for January 17th. Somehow Comcast thought that gave them access to my bank account today. Called and they agreed they made a mistake but now it’s going to take 5 days for the refund. 5 days before Christmas. The 2nd time this has happened.
The other thing is I switched back to inter net essentials from plus months ago and something went wrong. They said they’d fix it retroactively but have not done so. Only said sorry we can’t do anything after they already had taken care of it. I don’t understand how they get away with this behavior. 

and it’s the 2nd time they’ve done this. The first time my account was empty so it rejected the payment.

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
