Unauthorized charges
I signed for my son to get a free line of service on 1/5/26 at a non corporate store in Canton GA. On 1/15/26 a store manager by the name of Brandon [Edited: "Personal Information"] in Acworth GA moved a new line to my account without my authorization and now my son does not have a phone but I have also incurred charges that I never authorized. I would like someone to contact me immediately about this or else I’m reporting this to the FCC.
