Unauthorized Charge

Hello,

I was charged $319.09 by COMCAST DENVER and I never authorized this charge. The charge does not even come up on my billing page. It is like it came from nowhere. I would like my money back.

Hi, @user_0dace3. We would be happy to take a look at the billing issue you are referencing. $319 is an awful lot of money to not know where it went. Have you visited any store locations recently and made a purchase? Do you have automatic payments set up? If so, you could have had an existing charge on the account payed off, which we would be able to research on our end. If this is not appearing on your bill, then it could be a secondary purchase, such as a phone or accessories in person. Otherwise, it sounds like this may be a potential case of fraud. If the latter, we would need you to connect with our Customer Security Assurance team in order to report it.

@XfinityMarcus I do not think it is any of those. I have no purchased anything or have automatic payments. I would like to be connected with security assurance.

Before connecting you to our Customer Security Assurance team @user_0dace3, I would like to take a further look at your account. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
