Unauthorized Changes to my Account

I called Xfinity and spoke with someone about how to reduce my monthly bill and setting up a modem being that the old one was giving problems. She help us with the modem and informed that there was not promotion but told me that was transferred the call to someone else. A guy answered and I explained that I would like to reduce my bill and asked how much will be if I reduce the speed and he informed that the person I spoke before already reduce the speed and that now our bill increase , I was told that my old plan was no longer available and they could not change me back. So, an effort to reduce my monthly cost actually RAISED my monthly cost. He then help putting back to something similar to my old plan but all this feel like an scam. 

This was an illegal, unauthorized change made by an Xfinity employee obviously penalizing a customer simply for asking how to lower a bill.

Unless this gets resolved very quickly, I am reporting this to any and all regulatory entities.
