Unable to Update Payment Method

Hello,

I’ve been trying to update my payment method for a few days now and I keep getting this message. 

“You've exceeded the number of attempts to add a new payment instrument. We are unable to process your request at this time.”

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_svtx8t! We regret to hear you are having issues updating your payment method. As a temporary solution:


1. Call 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489).
2. Select prompt #2 for Billing and Payments.
3. Follow prompts to pay your bill.

I do not have an issue paying my bill. I am trying to update my bank account but I am unable to.
