Unable to update billing info
When I try to update info for my recurring payments I get "ERROR Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now"
I am assuming Comcast will attempt to impose a late fee if payment is not processed in time, so really hoping to resolve this. Please advise.

Hello sadcomcastuser, are you attempting to change the current autopayment with an already scheduled payment in motion? Typically, if that was already in motion you would need to do a one time payment for current month, while managing the autopayment for the next cycle. I included the link here below that details the process, screenshots and all. You are at step 6 in the last on that link.
